The report notes that Private Morrow was severely wounded around December 1914:
On 17th December last (1914), an official intimation was forwarded to Mrs Morrow, Newmills, Dungannon, to the effect that her son, Private Robert Morrow, Royal Irish Fusiliers, had been severely wounded in ction. The War Office have now reported that he has ben unable to return to his unit, and that his company officer (Captain Yates) states that Morrow is 'a man with no fear at all'.
